INTERNAL WIDTHS

TUNED STIFFNESS

A wheel is not just a rim, hub, and spokes, but a system that works together, with many elements affecting performance. Spoke tension greatly influences a wheel's stiffness and feel.

DIRECTED SPOKE HOLES

By matching the angle of the spoke hole to the angle at which the spoke exits the rim, we can significantly reduce the stress on the spoke nipple. Although this technology requires additional design and manufacturing work, the result is a much more reliable wheel with less chance of spoke breakage.

J-BEND SPOKES

During our reliability testing, J-Bend spokes show a significant increase in fatigue resistance, which means wheel centricity and increased durability.

SECURE NIPPLE LOCK

We apply threadlocker to each nipple separately. This liquid creates increased friction between the threaded portion of the spoke and the nipple, eliminating air between them. This ensures the spoke stays tight and allows for adjustments if necessary.
